SHE GIVES ME ALL OF MY LIFE IN ONE GIFSET
CHURCH!
AMEND!!!

When was it that black women and girls went back towards being uneducated and subservient? Where has our power to run the world gone? Has it all been transferred back to the shaking of our hips and the spaces between our thighs? The truth of life and and the wisdom of power runs through us! Or have we forgotten? There is so much wealth to be found in a black woman because of her capacity to love beyond the reaches of the earth. Send this to remind the women you love, of the dormant powers that lie inside them. Wake those powers up and remember. We are not just our good hips and chocolate thighs, we are our love, our faith, and beautiful eyes.
This is a photo of the first Black girl to attend an all white school in the United States—Dorothy Counts—being jeered and taunted by her white, male peers. This photo encompasses a lot of things that I really hate: prejudice, ignorance, racism, sexism, inequality…
I’ve reblogged this photo a few times before but it always needs to be reblogged again.
This picture makes me really sad. I am unbelievably impressed with her bravery.

Spacing Out
Do you ever have those days when your mind strays to what it would be like if your dreams came true? All the wishes of your heart right at your fingertips… The perfect house cute children, a good and steady job, living above and not just on the average. Standing close to that one person who makes your heart stutter and race, touching skin and pressing lips. How would that feel? Like bliss, Right? Perfect Heaven. Then your head snaps up at a hello, and you see that person, wrapped in someone else’s arms. Hell is real, and I’ve felt it for myself
For my Taemint sister(s)! Because even though i love Clumsy Chicken more… We all need a sexy boy angel in our lives to melt us to puddles of adoring goo.

Be that girl. Be the girl who keeps her phone on her pillow until 4am waiting for a text. Be the girl who stops in the middle of a test to laugh at something she remembers. Be the girl who is so determined to find love, that she’ll risk her heart being broken over and over. Be the girl who isn’t afraid to say “I love you.” Be the girl who knows that no matter what happens, she will find love.
Be that girl.
Be the girl who keeps her phone on her pillow until 4am waiting for a text? I am that girl. :))
Why is it that no-one thinks its okay to be this open anymore. Everyone now is a puppet on parade in pretty masks and high heeled jordans.
